How Does This Process Work?

-
Complete the short contact form --------------------------->
-
Once complete, you will be taken to our estate planning questionnaire. Your questionnaire is necessary for us to have a productive consultation. Not ready to complete the questionnaire? No Worries! You will be emailed a link to the questionnaire to be completed at your convenience.
-
Once you have submitted your questionnaire, within 1 business day, you will be emailed a link to schedule your 30-minute Zoom consultation. Our estate planning consultations are $100 and payment is due at the time of booking. If you retain our office to complete your plan, we will give you a $100 credit toward your fee.
-
At your will consultation, we will go over your estate planning goals and decide the best estate plan for your budget and goals.
-
After your consultation, you will receive a detailed email with the documents proposed in your estate plan and the cost. You will also receive your contract and payment link to retain the firm.
-
Once you have completed the contract and paid at least 50% of your estate plan cost, we will begin drafting your plan. The drafting process takes approximately 10-14 business days.
-
Your drafts will be emailed to you for review. At this time, you may schedule a call with the attorney to discuss any questions are changes. Once your plan is approved, the balance of your plan cost would be due.
-
Once the final payment is received, you will be contacted by our document specialist, an experienced mobile notary, to schedule a time to come to your home and execute your plan.
-
After your signing, the attorney will review your originals to make sure they were executed correctly. Within 10 business days, your original & organized estate plan will be mailed to you for review and safekeeping.
